💳 Payment Policy
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards (excluding American Express), and Apple Pay for services and products.

A 3.5% processing fee will be applied to all credit and debit card transactions. Cash payments are not subject to this fee.

🎁 Gift Card Policy

Gift cards may be purchased in the following ways:

• In person at the salon (physical gift card)
• Online (digital gift card available for purchase)

Gift cards are non-refundable and may be redeemed for services or products at Organic Nail Bar.

⏰ Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

To secure online bookings, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• A 3.5% processing fee will be applied to all credit and debit card transactions. Cash payments are not subject to this fee.
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-shows will result in loss of the deposit and may require prepayment for future appointments.

Please arrive on time to receive your full service. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation.

💳 No-Refund Policy

• All services are final sale. We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.
• If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon, so adjustments can be made at that time.
• Leaving the salon indicates acceptance and satisfaction with the service provided.

💅 Service Guarantee

• Gel polish and enhancement services are guaranteed for 7 days.
• If lifting or chipping occurs within 48 hours, please contact us for a complimentary repair.
• Repairs requested after 7 days, or due to breakage, accidents, or misuse, will incur a repair fee.
• Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
• All tools and equipment are properly sanitized and disinfected before every service.
