We accept cash, all cards except American Express, and Apple Pay as a tender for all services and products.
There are 2 ways to purchase a gift card:
- Walk into the shop to purchase a physical gift card
- Zelle us the gift card amount you would like and we will send you the e-card number via text or email.

Please help us maintain quality and efficiency by:
- Informing our staff of any allergies or sensitivities before your service.
- Providing feedback during your service so we can make adjustments immediately.
- Notifying the staff or salon manager right away if you have any concerns about your service or experience.
- Informing us immediately if you notice any infection, irritation, or abnormal reaction after your service.
- Remember: Nails are jewels, not tools. Treat them kindly to keep them beautiful longer.
💅 Service Guarantee
- Enhancements and Gel Polish Manicures are guaranteed for 7 days after your appointment.
- If you experience any lifting, chipping, or loss within 48 hours, please contact us for a free repair appointment.
- Repairs requested after 7 days, or due to breakage, tears, or accidents, will incur a repair fee.
- Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
- Our tools and equipment are thoroughly disinfected and sanitized before every service.
⏰ Appointment & No-Show Policy
We respect our technicians’ time.
- Clients who do not show up for an appointment may be charged a $50 no-show fee before rescheduling.
- Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.
💳 Refund Policy
- No cash refunds are given once you have left the salon.
- Leaving the salon signifies that you are satisfied with your service.
- If you are not happy, please let us know before payment so we can adjust or remove the product to your satisfaction.
- Refunds are not issued for change of mind after services are completed.
